The pork has a clean, mildly sweet flavour, with a natural juiciness that makes it ideal for slow cooking.

Our smoked pork belly is a mouth-watering, slow-cooked item that we are constantly selling out of. Using the prime pork belly, cooked until it’s tender. We season the outside of the belly with our pork rub and cook until sweet, stick and tender.
