Borrowdale pork is a premium, ethically-raised pork known for its exceptional quality, flavour, and tenderness. Sourced from sustainable farms in Australia, Borrowdale pork comes from pigs that are free-range. The pork has a clean, mildly sweet flavour, with a natural juiciness that makes it ideal for slow cooking.

Our pulled pork is a mouth-watering, slow-cooked from the pork butt, cooked until it’s tender enough to "pull" apart easily with a fork. We season the outside of the butt with our pork rub, then dress the meat once cooked in out hot vinegar to give it that authentic tang, that acidity to cut the richness of the fat and just build on those authentic smoked flavours.
